Perfect for advertising your business, events, marketing, payments through Venmo or PayPal, easy scanning to buy the bride a drink, and more.
For Custom Text:
Specify the text, font number, and font color for the top and bottom text. Enter "no text" for none. Font #1 and black text will be used if nothing is specified.
Please note that long custom text will shrink the size of the QR code.
For QR Code:
Please specify the URL, text, email, or phone number to use. You can also specify the QR code color.
The background color is white by default but can be changed to any color you'd like.
We will generate the QR code for your button.
After submitting your order, a digital proof will be provided for your approval via email. Orders without an approval response will be sent as shown in the proof.
Buttons have a metal shell and pinback and a transparent mylar layer.
All sales are final for custom pinback buttons.
Colors may vary depending on your screen settings.

Shipping Policy
Processing Times
All orders are processed within 2 to 5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
Custom or personalized orders, including custom stickers, may require a design approval. You will receive a email with a design proof for your approval within 2 business days. Please review the proof and respond as soon as possible. Shipping may be delayed for orders with no approval response.
Shipping
Items ship via USPS. Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Orders over $35 qualify for free economy shipping using a provider of our choice.
Please make sure your shipping address is correct. We are not responsible for shipping delays or the cost to re-ship an item due to an incorrect address.
Rush Orders
Additional fees may apply for rushed orders.
International Shipping
At this time, we do not ship outside of the United States.
How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within 10 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at info@figtreeworks.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
Refunds, returns, and exchanges
We accept returns up to 14 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return.
Personalized and custom items are not eligible for a return.
Shipping costs, including upgrades, are not refundable on eligible returns and exchanges.
In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at info@figtreeworks.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
